Information Needed for Product Matching
Provide the OE number, vehicle make and model, axle position, pad dimensions, backing-plate drawing, operating environment and annual demand. For new programs, include friction targets, test requirements, packaging and labeling specifications.
Manufacturing and Inspection
Typical controls cover incoming friction ingredients, mixing consistency, pressing and curing parameters, backing-plate bonding, dimensional checks, coating appearance and batch traceability. Testing can be agreed for friction behavior, shear strength, compressibility, noise, fade, recovery and wear according to the project specification.
